Hi! I'm JJ (they/them). - artist, abolitionist and healing guide. I believe deeply in transformation, and my practice as a therapist is one way I use my own healing journey to inform and create space for others to explore theirs.

I seek to co-create a brave and creative space to explore all the pieces of yourself that crave healing, integration and expansion. I welcome anyone who is ready for this work.
How
The pillars of my therapy practice are Liberation and Healing. I see the role of therapy as a support to help you engage in your unique cycles of healing, and ultimately to find liberation from the narratives and harms of your past and present.
